       Dhārā – Structured Asana at Antara

      Each Dhārā session is a structured 90min practise of the traditional yogic arc:
      Dhārā approaches the physical body (Annamaya Kosha) as the first gateway to clarity and steadiness.

At Antara, we are a judgment-free sanctuary where the fear of “doing it wrong” is replaced by the discipline of simply showing up.

      Pratik helps you build a strong foundation through steady, mindful movement. With over a decade of experience, he teaches yoga as a rhythm for both the body and the mind focusing on clear alignment and traditional techniques. His classes aren’t just about the poses; they are about helping you find a sense of balance and focus that stays with you long after you leave the mat.

      Eleanor | Lead Breath & Sound Facilitator

      Eleanor creates a carefully guided space for inner exploration through Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork. The practice helps bring unconscious emotions and long-held patterns into awareness, allowing participants to release what no longer serves them and move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and self-understanding. She offers both private sessions and group workshops.
